X5698 is a production processor, currently shipped in servers. You're right, though, that it's available in small quantities. Also, I dont' think that clock frequencies for FX processors in Wikipedia are correct. These numbers were posted 2 months ago. Much more recent information claims 3.6 GHz stock frequency for FX-8150P.
