I've tried contacting most of the resellers in my area about the intel core 2 duo e8500 (6mb cache, 3.16ghz, 1333mhz fsb) with the C0 stepping and all of them have told me that it isn't available anymore even though it hasn't been listed on the website as discontinued. The processor i'm looking for has the SLAPK spec code and has the following ordering code: EU80570PJ0876M. Is it possible to get the contact details for Intel South Africa to check with them directly?

Any help will be appreciated.

Same deal here. I've tried all of those sites listed there, and a good portion point to defunct businesses, and the rest don't even mention that they sell this chip.

It's a good chip? Why don't resellers have the ability to sell it?
