Hello Limbo79,

I am afraid to say that the only way to make this happen is by changing the hardware. There is no software (drivers, applications) that can make the hardware change.

However, I recommend you checking device manager or the Intel® Graphics and Media Control panel to verify the information in your system.

You also can run our Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool. This will test every single internal component from the processor and will generate a report with very valuable information about the processor. You can get it by accessing at the following link:

For 64 bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19792&keyword=Processor+Diagnostics+Tool&DownloadType=Utilities%2c+Tools+and+Examples&lang=eng https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19792&keyword=Processor+Diagnostics+Tool&DownloadType=Utilities%2c+Tools+and+Examples&lang=eng

For 32 bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19791&keyword=Processor+Diagnostics+Tool&DownloadType=Utilities%2c+Tools+and+Examples&lang=eng https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19791&keyword=Processor+Diagnostics+Tool&DownloadType=Utilities%2c+Tools+and+Examples&lang=eng
