I am having intel q6600 processor. When I turn on my computer all fans starts, HDD light also blinks,Fan on processor also starts but computer do not show anything. If i keep computer in that state for 5 to 10 min and if then I switch off and again switch on my pc then it works normally. For just testing I installed Intel Desktop Utilits. This utility always gives me warning as Processor Temprature is at critical Level ( 5-10 C ). I donot know why it is so. When I use speedfan utility to see temprature it shows 68 C. Why it is so

Processor temprature is 10C is normal??

Is my computer do not boot at first attempt due to lower temprature??

But there is problem that computer does not starts. neither fan nor hdd.

Hence i inverted those fans and now Processor temprature is 5-10 C.

But once it is start i donot have any problem and after 5 to 10min it shows Processor temprature around 20 C.

Is this normal??

My room temprature is around 30C since I am from mumbai
