I have installed Vista Home Premium 32 bits. Can i install a Processor Core 2 Quad Q8400 and use together?

No problem, should work great, make sure you have at least 2GB of ram and remember if you put 4GB in the 32 bit Vista won't be able to access all 4GB, you'll need a 64 bit OS for that.

You need to check with the motherboard manafacture, do you know the model number?

Q8400 isn't actually listed as supported but the Q9400 is and there the same spec's appart from cache. There's a good chance it will work fine even though it's not marked as supported.
