Device manager shows ETHERNET CONTROLLER - PCI SIMPLE COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER -</P><P>SM BUS CONTROLLER AND UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS (USB) CONTROLLER not working....yellow little lock under "other devices".</P><P>As far as I know all the drivers for the motherboard are installed.
