Can you unlock a processor if it is locked for overclocking? If so, How?

I have an i5 4460 CPU and I want to overclock it. I know it is locked but is there a way for someone or me to unlock the processor?

Yes I know this will void my warranty and that is not a problem.

Hi Kingdernasaur,

Processors are sealed and the firmware is set according to the manufacturer specifications. Over clocking is not available on lock processors.
