Cant update my intel I5-4660 drivers.

I recently found out that my processor still has drivers from 2006 so i tried to update them.

I tried to do them with the device manager, but it said that i already have the latest drivers.

Then i tried the intel driver update tool and it said that i dont have any drivers that i can update.

After that i downloaded the latest drivers manually only to get an error saying "This computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to install this driver software".

I am completely clueless of what is going on.

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to update the graphics driver on your system.

The driver available for the graphics on your system can be located here:

I understand that you get an error when try to install this driver, to try to avoid this error we can do the following:

Uninstall the old driver on your system; please see https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver, do not restart your system when the driver is uninstalled.

Once the driver is uninstalled, disconnect the internet, this is to avoid Microsoft to send any graphics driver update, then install the Intel® graphics driver manually, please see https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html How to Manually Install a Graphics Driver in Windows 7*
