Fastest Gaming processor

Assuming I had no budget and wanted the fastest Processor for gaming performance, which processor is fastest ? I noticed the i7-2600 is different then the i7-2600s and i7-2600k why is that ? Are these the fastest ones available ? Any help would be appreciated ! thanks
