    <description>&lt;P&gt;Afraid not, it's not listed in the compatibility lists on the Intel Ark site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty sure that the underling reason is that the G31 chipset on that motherboard won't support 32nm Processors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
