Regarding the first question, I would suggest connecting the GPU input even if you are not going to use it.

Regarding your 2nd question I would suggest contacting a Field Application Engineer (FAE), so they can answer this question.

In order to contact a Field Application Engineer (FAE) you need to call any of the Authorized Intel® Distributors and ask them to put you in contact with a FAE.

Hi people,

I'm using the ATOM E640T and not using any of the video functions.

Q1. Do I still have to power the GPU input?

Q2. What are the actual currents of the ATOM per input power voltage?? I am finding the ATOM lists the total board current but not just the ATOM.

I know that the processor uses ~3.7Watts so the currents can't be that large.

Thanks,

Lee

Sr. Digital Design Engineer

DDC

Bohemia, NY
