    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Specs&lt;/B&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dell Precision Tower 5810&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2687W v3 @ 3.10GHz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RAM: 64 GB (DDR4)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BIOS: A02 - Up to date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS: Windows 8.1 Enterprise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Up-to-date Intel Chipset Device Software and Intel Management Engine from Dell web page: &lt;A href="http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/servicetag/H6XJS22/drivers?s=BSD"&gt;http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/servicetag/H6XJS22/drivers?s=BSD&lt;/A&gt; Product Support | Dell US. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Symptom&lt;/B&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon launching the utility, the application shows the XTU splash screen, but gets stuck there indefinitely (i.e. the main dashboard won't ever load). I'm attaching the XTU logs for reference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any pointers on fixing this will be appreciated. I can attach a windbg debugger on request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Julio&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility was designed to be used with systems that have overclocking capabilities; for example, the ones including unlocked Intel® Core processors (which models end in K or X). &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest you checking with the system manufacturer for any software utilities that might be provided for your model.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks joe_intel for your response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For XTU, leaving overclocking features aside, what's the level of support for platforms with no overclocking capabilities? I was originally interested by the way Intel XTU does CPU/RAM reporting, plus running the benchmark/stress tool testing. In my case, getting the tool to run would be enough.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I verified Intel® XTU works in a different Intel® Xeon Processor with no overclocking capabilities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you install the Intel® Chipset and Intel® Management Engine drivers before installing Intel® XTU?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have the possibility to repair your installation of Microsoft* .NET framework?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
