For me to research more, please let me know which is the model of your motherboard.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded and tested my CPU with the Diagnostic Tool and Fails every time on the "Prime Number"!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i have a issue with my external Graphicscard maybe is CPU the Problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel i3 550 3,2 GHz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1TB HDD Hitachi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nVidia GTX 460 1GB &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cooler Master 650 Watt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8GB Ram&lt;/P&gt;</description>
