Who deals with Turkish Rma?

Hello, i would like to know how deals with Turkish RMA?It has been more than 1 week since i sent my cpu to DHL depot for a replacement but after that i havent hear from anybody yet .I tried to connect by service request update 3-4 times but still no answer...

i did try to reach my local geographic intel live agent and sent dozen service request updates for the past 10 days but nobody did answer.I called intel Uk support today and at last its confirmed my cpu will be ship tomorrow.Lets wait and see...
