It is possible to fake / remarked processors i bought?

Hi!

A half year ago i bought a e5 2670 v3 cpu.

now i tried cinebench and i watched lower frequency and cpu name: Genuine Intel(R) CPU @ 2.20GHZ

(on intel site 2670 v3 2.3ghz)

in 3d mark cpu : Intel Xeon Processor E5-2658A v3

so ? 4 different data on top of the cpu, in bios, in intel Warranty Information, and in 3d mark

I'm not sure if Cinebench is accurate software but at this point I suggest you to run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool the IPDT verifies the functionality of an Intel® Microprocessor. The diagnostic checks for brand identification, verifies the processor operating frequency, tests specific processor features, and performs a stress test on the processor.

Thanks for the information, the reason why you see Genuine Intel(R) CPU @ 2.20GHZ instead of the model is because the processor is not supported by the software you are using.

Apparently does not support the cinebench and the IPDT, apparently these apps support v1 and v2 Xeon processor but not the v3 processors, that's why it failed.
