I have two PC with the above two processes( Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3 - 1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor DRAM Controller - 0C00 & Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3 - 1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller -0C01)

But When I using Some program suddenly turned off in PCI Express x16 Controller -0C01 process Type.

Thank you very much for providing those pictures.

Based on that remember that the device manager reports basically the state of the devices and drivers connected to the PC, the first message "Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3 - 1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor DRAM Controller - 0C00" it is indicating an information about the memory RAM of the PC.

And in regard to the second message "Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3 - 1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller -0C01" is it providing information about the PCIe x16 controller, probably there is a device connect to it, like a video card so it is reporting the state of that port.

If you are using a program and suddenly it turned off then the problem could be related to different components, could be the motherboard, could be the processor, could be the memory RAM or it could be related to the power supply as well.

We will do further research on this matter, but we need some information for us to be able to gather all the details.

What is the model of the motherboard?

Did you build the PC?

The problem happens with only one program or with different programs?

When you said "suddenly it turned off" you mean the PC goes off or the program goes off?

Please provide that information so we can further assist you in trying to fix this problem.
