Unable to submit service request for processor rma

Hi, I just want to ask if the service request is not working and when will it be up again because I would like to send a service request for my processor for rma. The model is i5-4690k and I urgently need to have this sent for rma this week. Can someone help or do anyone are having the same problem like mine? Thank you.

Hi, I contacted customer support chat service where my rma was processed. To anyone having problems creating service request I suggest to do the same by contacting customer support chat service for your queries. Thanks!

Not yet but I think the replacement is in transit now since the Intel depot received my processor yesterday. I'm just hoping that the service request function is fixed so that others won't have to encounter problems when submitting requests in the future. This issue is resolved on my part. Thanks again.
