Intel Baytrail-D J1900 Issue

Dear Sir:

This is vincent from Biostar and we have built-in dual LVDS output connector on our Baytrail-D J1900 M/B(The model name is EIBD-SGA)

LVDS 1 output is based on eDP bus and the controller is Realtek RTL2136(it is eDP to LVDS Transmitter).The LCD size is 15" LCD panel and the maximum resolution is 1024x768

LVDS 2 output is based on DP bus and the controller is Chrontel CH7511B(it is DP to LVDS Transmitter). The LCD size is 9.7" LCD panel and the maximum resolution is 1024x768(Our customer side want to adjust the 1024x768 resolution to 800x600 resolution under the control panel (but he could not found out the 800x600 resolution under the control panel)

Could you please let me know if the Intel corporation could let we have another Graphic driver for our request

Please provide which version of Windows do you have?

Can you post the current graphics driver version?

The operating system is Windows 7 64bits and the Graphic driver is 10.18.10.4276
