Hello,

I purchased a brand new HP Spectre X360 with i7 processor with Windows 8.1.

In some cases I get the windows bleu screen with :

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL netwbw02.sys.

Is the solution an update of the Wifi driver?

Isn't it strange that this happens with a brand new high end laptop?

There are some reports from customer In the Microsoft community about this and it seems this could be caused by the router or access point:

Try updating the BIOS of the computer and update the wireless driver. Testing another connection would do the trick.

I also meet same issue for many times at my Spectre x360, which is not related with the WIFI route or access point.

Even if uninstall all WIDI related software/drivers and update to latest WLAN driver from HP website, the BSOD still occur...

Any solution?

Another very good idea is to report this to the Computer Manufacture so they can handle and support your product.
