I have no idea what you are asking, but you can find information on these two processors here:

If you are asking about meltdown and spectreA, those come via your operating system.

If you are asking about spectreB, that comes via a bios update from your motherboard manufacturer.

If you are asking about the Microcode Updates that address SpectreB, here's what we can tell you:

The update for the Core i7-3610QM has been released. Consult your laptop vendor regarding the BIOS update package(s) that include this microcode update.
There will be no microcode update for the Core 2 Duo T7700. Intel decided it will not address vulnerabilities on systems this old.
