Intel(R) Turbo Max Technology 3.0 Driver/Software not working with i9-7980XE

Hello, I have a ROG Rampage VI Extreme motherboard with an i9-7980XE. When I installed the drivers I got "ITBM Driver Not Available Exiting Application" and when I went in device manager a yellow exclamation point was next to the driver (shown here).

I've updated to the latest BIOS and it still will not work. Please Help.
