The machine specificatons are:

Procesador: 2.40 GHz Quad-Core Xeon (E5620) - 5.86 GT/8MB

RAM: 52GB

disco: HP 146GB - SAS 2.5" SFF - 10K RPM

PSU: x1 750 W

No, they are not socket compatible.

Even if they were socket compatible, you would have to ask HP if the i7-7700k was compatible with the HP BIOS.

Just a note: these processors are separated by almost 8 years.
