Installation error Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU)

I am facing the same error as many users here.

My notebook is a Dell 15R 5537

The processor is the i7-4500U

I have updated the bios of the note,

but the error continues.

Can someone help me?

I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Steps to save the report:

Run the utility.
Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
Once the scan is complete click on "next".
Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Looking into the report I notice that your processor Intel® Core™ i7-4500U designed for Ultra-low power consumption to save energy and power consumption, the Intel® EXU software is supported on Desktop, High End Mobile and High End Desktop (HEDT), with processors as the ones mentioned on the list provided on the following link:
