Could i get an extensive list of CPU power consumption

atom, xeon, i3/i5/i7 etc all series from 2011 or 2nd gen and up. wattage idle and under full load. im doing a research study, i figured id ask here to start if its available. if not, where could i get that?

this might be an extensize list of intel CPUs but it doesnt list the wattage. and i'll say it again that ik not looking for the TDP, im looking for average power draw in watts at idle and full load. thank you
