    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ovi86, thanks for joining Intel Communities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The information and the recommendations given by Doc are correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would recommend you checking with the laptop manufacture so they can let you know if you can upgrade your processor or any other device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please also check with them if this CPU is fully supported on the laptop and if they allow this kind of modification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, if you make changes on OEM systems, the product is not going to be covered under warranty anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
