Internal Error Signal Going Low

Hi,

I have the following issue while debugging the board which uses Intel Atom C2538.

1. After all powers are up, processor is not initiating core boot from SPI flash device.

2. CPU internal error signal IERR (pin AM52) is going low.

What can be the possible causes?
