Can you provide me information whether mentioned CPU is MCM ?

It would be great to get list of all Intel CPUs with such information as this subject is crucial regarding Oracle licensing.

We have confirmed with the engineering department that the Silver CPU 4114 is not multi-chip module it is a single chip.
