E3800 CPU hung code 2A problem

i try to boot with 2 SO-DIMMs with E3800 series in the same MB.

i get a problem with DDR training.

use E3825 with 1 SO-DIMM can boot normally.

use E3826 with 1 SO-DIMM can boot normally.

use E3826 with 2 SO-DIMMs for dual channel can't boot. debug code hung "2A"

use E3845 with 1 or 2 SO-DIMMs can't boot. debug code hung "2A".

i don't know some thing wrong with my BIOS.

please tell us how to fix.

What motherboard?

What operating system?

Have you contacted the motherboard manufacturer (it is their board and bios producing the error)?

this is ODM MB, and the MB can't boot so it's have not entry the OS.

those SOCs had different result with stop code.

thank you remind, we find the root cause.

the DDR VTT power is too weak, so it will be cause the SOC can't boot with 2A.
