      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new MSI G222 computer.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;     &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my device manager, I have the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KabyLake PCI Express Root Port # 10 - A2BI&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device PCI\VEN_8086&amp;amp;DEV_A2B1&amp;amp;SUBSYS_7A721462&amp;amp;REV_00\3&amp;amp;11583659&amp;amp;0&amp;amp;A2 had a problem starting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Driver Name: oem23.inf&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Class Guid: {4D36E97D-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service: pci&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lower Filters: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upper Filters: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem: 0x1F&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem Status: 0xC0000010&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The search for an updated driver says that I already have the best driver installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
