In windows, it stays at 3700Mhz.</P><P></P><P>It cant be instability because the core clock isn't changing.</P><P></P><P>I've tried XMP and manual, I've disabled just about everything I can find, I even disabled Hyperthreading. I am using bios 0616, the latest as of right now.
