    <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you place your PC in Safe Mode with Networking and check if the issue persist in the above mode as well.&amp;nbsp;Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. It can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persist in the above mode, I suggest that you place your PC in Clean Boot to check if there are any conflicts in your PC that might have caused the issue. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
