cpu too hot

Hello, i am using 8700 non k and when i stress my cpu with intel burn test it gets over 95 within two minutes or less, i am very worried and idle temp is 32-40. i applied thermal paste but didn't help at all.what should i do? thanks. my temp under high pressure blow

As long as you are under 100C, you are ok. And, the processor can do so much more than just run stress tests.

100C is the max, + or - a bit. What did you expect the stress test to do?

Just stop running stress tests and you will not have a problem.
