Hi,

I am owning an i9900k and it is getting very hot with temps up to max 100c in flight sim and around 40c in idle. I am using an AOI water cooling and a Z390 Pro mother board. I read and watched different reviews about the i9900k and its potential heat issues and there are many people out there worrying about the temps of their i9 CPUs. I was wondering if these high temps are normal for this chip gen or if this is an issue e.g. with the connection between heat spreader and cooling or the paste?

Appreciate your feedback!

Rgds

Moritz
