Only ASUSTek can tell you what processors are compatible with THEIR BIOS. You must ask ASUStek.

And, an upgrade is only possible if your processor is not soldered to the motherboard. Your processor is, so you cannot upgrade.

By the way, I think you are confused with the socket. Your N3350 uses socket BGA1296, not socket 0.
