Celeron G3930TE CPU（spec TDP 35W)，use intel TAT tool CPU package power can only run bellow 35W

Description

1.our thermal design is good ,and there is no cpu or gpu throttling

2.there is no ctdp or pl1/pl2/plx limitation

3.other cpu is ok (skl-s/kbl-s i5/i7 ...)

1.flash bios

2.install os and driver ,intel TAT6.0

3.set TAT workload to 100% and run

4.from TAT tool we can see the "cpu compent"->"package power" < 35W (from intel ark webset we can see the TDP is 35W)

1- Are you experiencing performance or overheating issues with the Intel® Celeron® Processor G3930TE?

A.from intel ark webset ,ther G3930TE TDP is 35w ,but with TAT6.0 100% loading,the package power is bellow 35W( at most 20w).

with the same bios/heat sink,other cpu is ok203970866416

2- Are you having issues with the Intel® Thermal Analysis Tool (TAT 6)?

A.we use the newest version TAT6 which download from intel webset

3- Is this regarding Configurable TDP (cTDP), power levels (PL2) and sustained load on the CPU (PL1)

A.PL1 and PL2 all above 35W，and other cpu use the same PL1/pl2 setting has no issue

4- Are you deploying or designing custom systems or thermal solutions?

A.no, we design MB ，and we can found that our thermal solution is fine for this case，and there is no cpu or gpu throttling
