How can I fix or activate my turbo boost?

I changed my harddisk with a new SSD. My previous processor speed was 2.40~3.40 GHz with turbo boost but now it looks as 2.40~2.40 GHz when I check it. I updated BIOS and downloaded every driver(at least the drivers that I can reach) . It also affects my computer performance. How can I fix this?

This feels like a BIOS problem. I would talk to Asus.
