Try this process:

Download latest driver packages for WiFi and Bluetooth from https://downloadcenter.intel.com.

Very important (but temporary): Disconnect PC from internet (unplug Ethernet cable or disable WiFi router).

From the Apps and Features Settings scene, completely uninstall the current WiFi and Bluetooth driver packages.

Reboot.

Install Bluetooth driver package.

Install WiFi driver package.

Reboot.

If no yellow bangs on these devices in Device Manager, reconnect PC to internet and test.

Hope this helps,

...S
