    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a laptob with processor core i5 9300H when &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i run it the processor temperature is 44 that i see it good &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when i plugged into electric the processor  temperature is 75 : 92​ Celsius and the processors speed is approximately max 4.06 giga hertz without any programs running and the battery plan is low performance &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know that is normal or now ???​&lt;/P&gt;</description>
