List of things to do and check.

Use the 8pin CPU connector from your modular PSU

Update the BIOS

Have all HDD's & DVD's drives on the blue SATA ports.

Set RAM voltage to 1.65V in the BIOS

Test RAM with memtest86+

Test your HDD with Lifeguard Diagnostic.

If none of the above fixes your problem replace the PSU

Try this way, please increase memory voltage a little, like from 1.5V to 1.55V or 1.6V and see if helps...

Your motherboard is a Gigabyte brand. For faster solution to your problem it is better that Gigabyte manufacturer's website or tech support be consulted.
