topic Intel N4100: Increase Processor Base Frequency in Mobile and Desktop Processors

Hi,

I have the above processor installed in a pc (CHUWI UBook X) which is reporting its processor frequency to be 1.10 Ghz. Unfortunately, there is a specific piece of software which is testing base requirements and prerequisites prior to allowing installation, and its minimum requirement is 1.4Ghz. This processor should be fine so I need to increase the base frequency or the reporting of base frequency this to 1.4Ghz or above. Is this even possible and how would one go about it.

Kind Regards,
