Core 2 duo E8500

I assemble a new pc with a new core 2 duo e8500 3.16ghz processor with lapcare g31 motherboard, the issue is that it wont boot up and also there is no any signal to mouse/keyboard/monitor. What can i do to boot the setup?

Contact lapcare regarding their motherboard and bios. Check with them if that processor is supported.

We have no idea if the processor is bad, or the board is bad. So, you start with the board and use a "Known good processor". If the board does not boot, it is bad.

Also, you do have memory installed, correct?
