Intel IO margin test reported error

Hi all,

We are using Intel IO margin Tool version: 3.1.7 (Request id: 613291 )

And system cannot output margin data, we checked internal record and compared to normal one, the difference is :

Abnormal sequence: LB_Entry -> LB_Active -> LB_Exit ->RST_ASSERT

Normal sequence: LB_Entry -> LB_Active

CPU&Platform: Ice lake XCC, QVM8, Whitley platform

Would you please check the margin data output failed reason?

Is it caused by LB_Exit?

The screenshot of normal&abnormal sequence has uploaded in attachment.
