According to the Xeon Processors Resource website only the Xeon Platinum 9200 series comes in a multichip package. The remaining lower series like Gold and Silver are not multichip package designed. Thank you for the info. I checked the link you provided. Is there any link we can find info if Intel Xeon Gold processors are not MCM? Because we will need to give this link/document to 3rd party as part of license concerns.

Currently there is no documentation that explicitly depicts the fact that the Xeon Gold 6150 processor, or its family is not a multichip package. I did already. The document I forwarded you was a confirmation from our senior team. Other information than that will be design information and will require a Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement between you and Intel. Do you have a CNDA number already created?

In November 16th you asked if the Xeon Gold 6150 is a Multi-Chip Module (MCM) designed

I informed that only Xeon Platinum 9200 series comes in a multichip package and referred you to
