The remaining lower series like Gold and Silver are not multichip package designed. You can look to this URL for more info: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/xeon/2nd-gen-xeon-scalable-processors-brief.html

Regards

Jose A.

Intel Customer Support Technician

Is there any link we can find info if Intel Xeon Gold processors are not MCM? Because we will need to give this link/document to 3rd party as part of license concerns.

Thank you
