topic Support Site down in Mobile and Desktop Processors

Is anyone else having issues using the support site to log an RMA? I have a processor which needs to be replaced and contacting Intel on Twitter is not really working, and the support site seems to be having SAML issues for over a week now and when you click on Warranty it just redirects you back again to the main screen (all ad blockers disabled, different browsers, etc).

After verifying that your warranty is still active (here: Determine if Your Product Is Still Under Warranty), you need to directly contact Intel Customer Support to initiate the RMA process (you cannot do this through the forums). Here are pages where you can lookup contact information, including local/country phone numbers, by geography:

U.S. and Canada: Intel Customer Support NA

Europe, Middle East and Africa: Intel Customer Support EMEA

Asia-Pacific: Intel Customer Support APAC

Latin America: Intel Customer Support LAR

If you are having problems with the forms service, I recommend calling them directly (I know, how old fashioned!). The above links provide local or toll-free phone numbers in most countries and the support folks support most local languages. You could also use the chat service (start here: Intel Customer Support Chat), but understand that this service is offered in English only and is subject to the normal (9:00-5:00 M-F) office hours in the Pacific (UTC-8) time zone.

Hope this helps,

I will give them a call on the phone.

Just to clarify I am not trying to get support here. My product is under warranty. The website is broken. Give it a try yourself. If you click on check my warranty at least for me, instead of bringing you to the dropdowns for checking it redirects back to the top level site. It was going past that before at least enough to check the warranty, but then when you click on open a ticket it again redirects. This is not a browser thing for me it happens on the phone, the app, everywhere.
