Hi!
Please, give me correct link or/and files of latest versions (3.8.6 release) Manycore Platform Software Stack(Intel® MPSS) user guides (getting starting guides, etc) for Windows and Linux hosts.

But you gave a trivial answer: on the page you specified the links do not work!

When I try to download the user guide for the latest version of the MPSS from the page you specified, I see this page:

so I repeat my question: where can I get the documentation for the latest versions of the MPSS?
