      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;my name is ian and i have an i3 6100 with integrated video card, i have been having a very serious problem for a long time (about 1 year or more, i don't remember), every time i turn on a game, i start with 50/60 fps, and for 1 minute it alternates going down to 30 fps, then after 1 minute it goes back to 50/60, and then after 30 seconds it goes down again to 20/30, I tried to install the drivers again but nothing, please help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
