    <description>&lt;P&gt;In task manager I saw that intel speedstep starts working 2-5 minutes after starting up my pc (3.4ghz constantly on startup and then after 2-5min drops to 0.75ghz). I just want to know if speedstep should start immediately on starting up pc or like this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
