Gigabyte P550B PS, Gigabyte H370 HD3 MB, Intel i7-9700K LGA 1151, Mugen SCMC-5100 (only fan connected), 1 Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB in slot#1. No MB connections except 24 way & 8 way power conns. External Pwr Sw.

No video out of VGA, HDMI, or DVI on two different monitors and cables. Red VGA LED lights

What I was looking for was a suggestion on what to replace first CPU ot MB?
