      <title>Intel i9-9900k cpu 3.60ghz is overheating at 200f when starting up pc</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever the pc gets turned on the cpu immediately jumps in temperature to around 180-200f All the other components are colder then room temperature. I checked and re applied new thermal paste but still is overheating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The liquid Cooler didn't have sufficient thermal mass in the block you mount on the processor.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The operation of the liquid cooler's pump and fans were not being properly controlled from the motherboard's fan headers.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;There was something wrong with the&amp;nbsp;liquid Cooler.&lt;/LI&gt;
