&lt;P&gt;Now, stay with your original thread and stop insisting that the processor is the problem.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What you do not understand is that a processsor, to be supported, must be socket, chipset, and BIOS compatible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have been given the answer here.&amp;nbsp; Now, it is time for you to argue with ASUS.&lt;/P&gt;
